A mod is built to the Ohio Building Code standards. A mod must be set on a crawlspace or basement foundation. Mods come in on a steel lowboy and are then taken off and set onto the required foundation. OUR mods come standard with a 5/12 roof pitch.

A manufactured home (double wide) is built to the HUD (Housing and Urban Development) code standards. A manufactured home can be set on either piers or a crawlspace foundation. The steel frame under the home will stay attached for the life of the home.
