We have yet to buy anything but from all the online; phone calls & going to two different places, searching we have done dutro has been upfront with everything even pricing. Their customer service has been great they are down to earth people that seem to care more about good quality over make a huge profits. I do recommend them if this is the route you are looking to go.

The Dutro staff and crew were excellent. From the day we went to the office to the day we were handed the keys. I was in construction for 37 years and ended my career in construction management. Being a perfectionist for the most part it was always difficult for me to hire someone that would do QUALITY work and took PRIDE in their work. Not the case with Dutro’s. From the excavation work, masonry, concrete, setting the home, the finish work and clean-up, it surpassed my expectations. It was refreshing to see people do QUALITY work, and take PRIDE in their work. The Dutro staff made the whole process effortless and stress free for us. I can say so many good things about dutros! The are currently working on my forever home and I couldn’t be happier with the entire process! Let’s start with the beginning though.

A little over a year ago we went in to pick out our home and start the ordering process. Things have taken longer than initially planned but that was no fault of theirs but anyway. Abby was who we worked with the whole time in the office! She is sweet and so helpful!! When it came to pick out the countertop, flooring etc she walked us through the other houses to help us be able to vision it all a lot better and make sure we were 100% happy with our choices! She was always kind and patient with our daughter when we had to bring her in with us as well! And when our house arrived at the office she let us know so we could walk through and see some of it! 🥰 she understood how excited we were and never rushed us when we were making decisions!!

Now to the rest of the crew! So now our house is in its permanent location and they are currently working on getting it ready for us to move in! Every single person has worked so hard! I mean soo soo hard! I’m honestly completely surprised by how hard they have been working! They have been putting in 12+ hour days in 80 degree weather to get our house finished!! They don’t stop at 4-5pm like I expected them to. They have worked well past that and well into dark some days until they get to a good stopping place and are prepared for the next days work! Also, want to say that I’m so appreciative of Joe Dutro as well! He reminds me so much of my dad and is so kind and knowledgeable! I have appreciated his opinion and advice so much through this! I have felt that he truly cares about us and wants what is best for us in the long run! He doesn’t just take the easy way out but works hard to make sure he is doing good quality work!

I had rented an apartment for many years and it was time to find my forever home. I looked at numerous houses and I couldn’t find anything in my price range or of my liking. I was going to give up. My grandma told me she got her house at Dutro’s. I said lets go look and within minutes of walking onto the lot I knew my forever home was on their lot. Words can’t describe how much I absolutely love my home. Sue and Abby were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They made my dream of owning my very own home a reality. I’m very grateful for all their hard work and time. Terry, Joe, Josh, Clayton, and Ty are such great people as well and make sure everything is done correctly and cost efficient. My first mobile home bought from Dutro's was in 1971, 12x60 on Pine Street, second one was in 1974 a 14x70 Windsor from Dutro's on Pine Street, third was a Norris 16x80 bought from guess who?? DUTROS on the East Pike in 1989. These were all set up in Stockport area and we never had a minutes problem with any of them!!! Thank you Dutro's for continuing to bring affordable homes to the area!!
